Nice piece!

While it is true that tea can help folks shed pounds, it is important to understand that it will not do it all by itself. As mentioned in the article, it is very true that proper dieting and exercise also be included while on a tea diet.

Some people don’t believe that tea can help them lose weight, but it can! They just have to stay on top of it.

Also, drinking loose leaf tea over tea bag tea will provide more polyphenols which are responsible for weight loss. They trigger an action called thermogenesis in the body which dissolves more fatty tissues.

Wu-yi tea became quite popular as of late, and seller claim it is the best tea diet out there. However, I agree that any tea can aid in weight loss. It is true that oolong tea contains more polyphenols then white, green, and black tea though.
